Nikon D3x has four category of noise reduction settings namely Off, Low, Normal and High. Sample photos are 100% cropped of the various in camera noise reduction settings. Photos were taken at night time.

ISO samples below ranges from ISO800 to ISO6400 accompanied with 100% cropped sample. Autofocus was set to centre point. Refer to the tabs for noise reduction mode. Lens used was AF-S Nikkor 24-70mm F2.8 G ED. All shots were taken using Program mode with auto white balance at focal length of 24mm. Exposure is set to -0.3EV
