Canon EOS 7D has been rumoured long enough, since December 2007. Canon 7D was said to be the Canon 5D Replacement which eventually proved to be not true.

The Canon EOS 5D was replaced with Canon EOS 5D Mark II, Canon's first digital single lens reflex with HD video recording feature.

Here's a snap shot of the Canon EOS 7D. Expect this to be yet another Full Frame. In body image stabilization  (IS) maybe?

The new Canon EOS Rebel T1i raises the entry-level bar with a host of enhanced Canon technologies now available in an entry-level DSLR.
