![]() Numerous sources are linking to the release of Nikon D60 and the end of production for Nikon D40x. DC Watch Impress expressed that the Nikon D40x is out of stock in Japan. In addition, Nikon is lowering the price of Nikon D200, Nikon D80 and Nikon D40x and Nikon D40. It is made known that the Nikon D40 will remain. I doubt that Nikon will place a motor inside the D40x's replacement, one will still need to use AF-S or HSM lens.
